Hollie & Simon are the best! They lined up a babysitter for the "herd" of kids and we all went to an Irish Festival in downton Franklin! It was the coolest thing ever! Would have been even better if I could have participated in the beer tasting part of it! We got to walk in and out of about 20 different little shops & boutiques which each shop had at least 2 kinds of beers for them to tast test! How cool is that?
Then we went to Hollie's favortie restaurant, Red Pony! She suggested I try her favorite dish.... Shrimp & Grits! Ok, don't knock it until you have tried it! It was absolutely devine!
