About Me

The Queen: Hi I'm Sherry, the "Queen" of eating clean. Well maybe not the Queen but more like a princess! I am a stay at home mom of 4 girls, who lost 25 pounds by eating clean and lifting weights. I started my healthy journey to help balance my hormones and regain my energy naturally without the help of big pharmaceutical drugs! Doctors are to quick to prescribe an antidepressant for everything and I wasn't having it! So join me on my journey as I learn more about clean eating, recipes and healthy living!
